-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
-At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
-Knowledgeable in formal and productive procedure to measure an employee's work and results based on their job responsibilities.
-Knowledgeable in different type of Performance Evaluation Appraisal, employee assessment, technological and administrative performance.
-Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao Laguna
