The Regional People Partner is responsible for ensuring elevated Employee Experience at Amdocs India with the regional objective of attraction and retention of Quality Talent for delivering business.
RPP Mission:
We are the people hub ensuring employees & people managers navigate successfully in the organization while creating a sense of belonging and supporting their wellbeing
We sense the field and provide a consistent employee experience
We mentor and guide managers through their moments of truth in topics ranging from employee relations to managerial development opportunities
What will your job look like?
Has strong regional presence to provide guidance and consultancy to people managers, team leads and employees on their day-to-day work life, with the focus on elevated employee experience and org spirit.
Enable people managers to better engage their team members through one-to-one connects, counselling, coaching and other methods
Needs to design and deliver required interventions from concept to closure for employees
Proactively approach people managers in their moments of truth during the employee life cycle, sensitive Employee Relations issues and HR processes.
Strong vector at enhancing people management skills
Being highly accessible & visible to employees
Sensing and reflecting back to business units and regional issues that impact employee experience and engagement
To be people advocate and change agent while pushing forward the region to become people centric
Design and drive interventions in collaboration with the leaders and managers for employees at Amdocs
Maintain awareness of employee satisfaction to improve moral, communication to the stakeholders and ensure engagement through leaders and support functions. Leveraging information through surveys, attrition analysis, employee connects to provide insights to leaders and managers as well as the relevant stakeholders in support functions.
Identify focus areas for intervention and support, to promote positive organizational culture based on Amdocs Values and Code of Ethics.
All you need is...
Bachelor of Science Graduate in HR related courses.
10+ years of relevant HR work experience (preferably with APAC background), and with a Master's degree in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge in the areas of employee management, employee relations, reward, employment law, organizational development and employee development/learning
Proven experience in global, complex companies.
Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
