Responsible for ensuring employees' information and employment records are accurate, complete, and safe kept.
Responsible for accurate timekeeping and payroll computation of employees.
Ensures the payroll is released on time.
Ensures that all government-mandated and company-initiated benefits are facilitated, monitored, and processed on time.
Facilitate administration of government/statutory benefits, loans and deductions.
Prepare and process final/severance pay and end-of-year processing, as required.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or any Business-related courses.
With 3 years relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits administration.
Good communication skills and must be comfortable in answering queries related to payroll concerns of the employees.
