The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR Department in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and provides support to employees and management. This role involves with recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, and other HR functions.
Payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions, from job postings to candidate selection, on-boarding and off-boarding.
Prepares individual employee's application/claim for SSS, EC, Philhealth and Benefit Administration and reportorial
Prepares government mandatory remittances contribution and loans.
Prepare HR reports and other relevant metrics as and when needed.
Job Qualification
1. With 2yrs exp in Payroll and HR related functions
2. Can work in Sta. mesa Manila and Quezon City
3. Willing to report daily Mon-Fri on site
4. Can start asap
