Job Responsibilities:
Understanding payroll rules and policies for implementation
Apply each rule and policy using historical payroll calculation
Highlight any discrepancies in calculation
Make any customization request
Cross check automated payroll with excel calculations
Job Qualification:
2 year experience in calculating payroll including Basic salary, complex rules for overtime, undertime, absences
Government mandatory contributions and deductions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and Tax) 13th Month and Tax Annualization computation
All reports and Forms for compliance with all regulatory bodies Journal and Ledger entries
Advanced MS Excel Skills
Excellent comprehension and communication (verbal and written) skills
Ability to multi task and prioritize
Knowledge of updated DOLE rules
