HR PAYROLL IN-CHARGE
Job Descriptions:
Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data.
Coordinates payroll concerns to Balamban Admin and Secretary.
Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, HMO and Life insurance coverage, statutory deductions and job title and department/division transfers.
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
Coordinate with the HR Compensation and Benefits for the SSS, PagIbig and Philhealth deductions
Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Maintains organized, efficient and accurate records/filing system of all payroll records, both electronic and printed copies.
Calculate missed payments, over payments and/or underpayments and prepares necessary documentation and adjustments for the next cut-off.
Change employee banking records when necessary to process payments accurately.
Processing date entries for new employees, promotions and terminations.
Pay slip issuance
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
Knowledgeable on all facets of HR
Graduate of a 4-year course
2+ years of related experience is required. Experience in handling Compensation and Benefits, Payroll and Timekeeping
Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Human Resource Information System (HRIS) experience preferred
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Ability to complete work with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, to prioritize and work in a multi-tasked environment
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Candidate must be willing to work in Mabolo
