Duties and Responsibilities
Manages payroll module of HRIS and facilitates payroll computation and processing
Addresses employee concerns regarding payroll discrepancies and other related inquiries
Prepares computation for employees' monetary benefits and incentives
Generates data on employee take home pay as reference for the granting of loans
Facilitates employee loan application to SSS and HDMF and monitors payment schedule
Maintains neat and orderly files of all salary and benefits information and ensures confidentiality
Performs other related functions as directed by superiors
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
