The HR Operations Manager shall be overseeing the majority of HR functions, operations and the duties of other HR employees within the department to create and maintain an efficient and competent team. Spear-heading other tasks such as:
Leading, planning, organizing and implement business plans and targets for the department.
Managing and maintaining employee contracts, individual evaluations & team dynamics.
Prepares HR reports, statistics, data as well as invoice processing.
Develops and implements programs, policies and strategies for team development & growth.
Setting goals and objectives for the team and keep track of their progress
Oversees budgeting, reporting, wage computations and invoicing; look out and countercheck any discrepancies
Keep track of attendance (time keeping), performace and employee concerns and apply appropriate measures.
Minimum 6 months up to 3 years of experience in Human Resource Operations
Has comprehensive understanding of payroll tracking, invoicing and basic contract management.
Strong management and organizational skills
Must be pro-active, solution-oriented, and has great problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal & non-verbal communication skills
