HR & Operations Director
The HR and Operations Director is responsible for leading the HR and Operational functions for the Manila region.
You will be a key leader of the company's Philippines location, influencing and partnering with business leaders to collaborate as one team. This is a hands-on role overseeing the daily operations of the region and driving HR initiatives to ensure operational effectiveness and embed SiteMinder's award-winning employment experience and company culture.

The key responsibilities for this role include...
Acting as the leader and ultimate decision maker for the Philippines Office, you will provide leadership and guidance for the regional office in HR and Operational aspects
Operational * Partner closely with Head Office and global teams to ensure the smooth operation of the business and to ensure that SiteMinder's brand and values are reflected locally
Ensure local departments operate as one team, cascading strategy and goals, leading cross-departmental meetings and business reviews, and managing any disputes
P&L responsibility for all office admin expenses, insurance and travel
Manage premises items including building, parking, catering, etc
Play a key role in supporting major regulatory/policy efforts, and subsequently ensuring that SiteMinder operates in full compliance with applicable local regulatory requirements
HR * Providing strategic, operational HR advice and coaching to the management team
Using business and people metrics to identify requirements, issues and trends
Key contributor as part of the HR leadership team, in strategy planning and delivery of key projects
Learning & Development - Partner with the L&D team to develop and deliver programs to develop talent, career and capability and leadership skills
Performance Management - Support and reinforce the implementation of performance management processes in the region
Employee Relations - Proactively manage all employee relations issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislative requirements relating to the employment and management of people within the region
HR Policy & Process - Maintain global HR policies, handbook and procedures for the region in line with local legislation and changes. Adhere to all operational HR processes to ensure compliance with audit requirements
Providing regular and ad-hoc reporting and financials related to people costs and targets
