Administers pre-employment requirements to qualified applicants for hiring and sees to it that final candidates pass such requirements including medical examinations.
Assists the HR Manager/Officer in organizing company-wide activities.
Keeps, maintains and reports accurate timekeeping records for management
information and payroll purposes.
Prepares report on absenteeism and such others as required by HR Manager.
Assists the HR Manager/Officer on inquiries and interpretation of company policies.
Coordinates with government agencies concerning SSS, Pag-ibig and BIR matters.
Assists the HR Manager in the travel preparation of employees whether local or overseas travel.
Keeps, maintains and keeps track of employee training records. Submit monthly reports on matters related to training.
Responsible for travel bookings (international/local), hotel accommodations, transportation services of employees and visitors and proactively sources and recommends best services and prices.
Continuously supports the compliance of both DPI's Quality and Environment, Health and Safety Management system policies and procedures.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the HR Manager from time to time.
