As our HR Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting HR functions such as employee engagement, recruitment, employee discipline, and general administration. Your contributions will help foster a positive work environment and align HR practices with the company's goals to support our mission of helping people find happy careers.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in HR, particularly in employee engagement, recruitment, and training.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing employee documentation, tracking, and reporting.
Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees and effectively manage relationships.
