HR OFFICER
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in the field
Has excellent English speaking and writing skills
Knowledgeable in all HR functions such as creating contracts, memos, counselling, recruitment, etc.
Knowledge in DOLE rules and regulations is an advantage
Must be detail-oriented and dependable, ability to multi-task, good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Must be willing to work in Tigbao, Talamban, Cebu City from 8am-5pm
Can start immediately
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment
Creating employment contracts
Updating 201 files
Issuance of corrective memo and counselling
Employee's Performance Evaluation
SALARY & CONTRACT
Starting salary of P15,000/month + P3,000/month allowance
Initial Contract will be 3 months. If performance is good, we will extend until regularization
