QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Psychology, Business Administration major in Human Resource, or any related course.
3-5 years experience in the Human Resource Department. Preferably with HR Generalist experience and progressive leadership experience in HR functions.
Must have a good grasp of different HR disciplines as well as the Philippine Labor Laws.
Strong background in employee relations, performance management, training and development and compensation and benefits.
Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Highly analytical and results-oriented with strong foundation of integrity.
Excellent people management skills and able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
Initiative in making the judgment in varying situations
