HR OfficerDominic and Sons Realty and Development Corporation

The HR Officer oversees all aspects of employee interactions, including salary and benefit negotiations, employing new employees, and recruitment. He/she will serve as a vital link between employees and upper management by mediating problems at work, ensuring compliance with employment rules and regulations, and collaborating with executives on long-term strategic planning.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting and orienting employees.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; 
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Coordination and management of entire payroll function.
Assist with administering payrolls (month end consolidation and processing support as required.
Checking and auditing of all payrolls.
Ensuring proper remittances of government taxes & premiums.
Reporting - Supporting Internal reporting requirements 
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Education: Graduate of any course
Experience : Preferably with at least 5-year experience in Human Resource
Other Skills : High attention to details and excellent management skills
