The position is primarily responsible for the organizational development by providing training needs analysis, implementation of training program and help with ongoing long-term improvement of employees that will fulfill and unleash employee's potential within the company. This Position will also be responsible in continuous process of communicating and clarifying job responsibilities, priorities, performance expectations, and development planning that optimize an individual's performance and aligns with the organizational strategic goals.
Conducts scheduled Performance Evaluation for Casual, Probationary and Regular Employees
Responsible for the process of DA for Office personnel and Conducts Admin Hearing and thorough investigation & Incident Reports in Office assigned Personnel.
Improve performance and work habits of the employee with coordination with HR operations.
Monitors employees end of contract and ensures to coordinate with HR recruitment for manpower allotment according to MPSP.
Conduct Counselling with related to Poor Performance.
