JOB BRIEF:
Bright League Solutions Inc. are seeking a personable, adaptable, and dynamic HR OFFICER to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in the HR industry, leading and managing other team members, as well as a good understanding of the HR department functions and requirements. The focus of the role will be to lead and develop the HR team and review and improve processes where required. If you are a passionate and driven HR professional, we want to hear from you!
DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and maintain positive, productive work environments through conducting human resource and professional development activities.
Create and maintain a comprehensive Employee Handbook.
Assist in developing performance appraisals.
Promote a positive company culture.
Assist in formulating and implementing human resource policies and programs
Oversee all recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training processes
Work closely with executive on performance reviews and personnel issues
Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong leadership skills with a keen eye for effective delegation
Ability to manage multiple projects and work Strong moral and ethical conduct keeping in line with HR best practices
Willing to be assigned to Damar Village, Quezon CityTHIS IS FOR DIRECT HIRE!Location: 48B Damar Loop, Damar Village, Quezon City
