QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree
Has at least 1 to 2 years experience in HRD-related
Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as evaluation, training and development, and employee relations
Good understanding of labor laws
Willing to be assigned in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains, oversees and upholds the training standards and process of documentation.
Monitors progress of Training Plans
Organizes Training based on Training Plan (Facilitator, Participants, Training Assessment)
Assists HR Manager in monitoring progress of Competency Assessment Program and Employee Development Plan
Assists in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits
Oversee recruitment and hiring process
