(2) HR OFFICER
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration Management or its equivalent.
Able to work w/ a wide variety of responsibilities in a fast paced environment under time constraints
Must possess excellent oral and written English communication skills, strong leadership, self-motivated and assertive
A high level of accuracy and attention to details
Excellent time management skills.
Hardworking and with good moral character
At least one year relevant HR experience
Excellent computer skills - Excel, Microsoft word, PowerPoint
Strong organizational planning and time management skills
Able to solve problem that arise with excellent decision making.
Patient, Flexible and honest
Primary Functions;
Works directly with Logistics Operation Manager and Supervisors to ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented, administered and monitor's compliance.
Manages employee relations issues to include: hiring, transfers, grievances, progressive discipline, terminations, investigations etc.
Assists in the development of HR policies, procedures, systems and guidelines
Ensure company's policy, memoranda and announcements are properly disseminated on a timely manner
Assists in identifying training and development needs
Facilitates training programs and new employees orientation program
Monitors and review the progress of trainees through Training effectiveness.
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
