TIME OF WORK: 9 AM - 6 PM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration major in Human Resource Management, or any related field
With relevant HR experience
Preferably with one-year experience or less in all facets of HR
Good understanding of labor laws
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicated with employees, and in group presentations and meetings
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Problem-solver
Good decision-making skills
Strong ethical standards

Duties & Responsibilities:
Handles the relationship between the organization and employees
Organizes and updates employee files
Oversees employees' practices to ensure they are legally compliant
Drafts ER documents such as NTE
Process Government Contributions and Loan Payments
Assist and facilitate Company events, HR Programs and activities as instructed by the Manager
Disseminate company memos and announcement
