HR OFFICER
 
Responsibilities:
Supports the company's farm operations through various HR services
Assist in monitoring the employee plantilla movement for new positions, replacements, or transfer
Creates and Implements Employee Engagement activities and programs
Oversee and Monitors Performance Management System
Facilitates the timekeeping process
Monitors payroll concerns and ensures resolution
Oversees and ensures the end-to-end facilitation of due process in the Labor Relations system
Assists in the implementation of corporate social responsibility and in-house training and development programs
Recommends improvement and action that would enhance HR services to farm
Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
Minimum Requirement:
Willing to stay-in at the farm premises
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
Well adept in HR facets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adjust in the farm production environment.
Strong interpersonal skills
Above average communication skills, both verbal and written
High initiative and problem-solving skills
