POSITION: HR OFFICER
DEPARTMENT: FOOD & BEVERAGE
REPORT TO: RESTAURANT MANAGER
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (CORPORATE)
BASIC FUNCTIONS (GENERAL)
Handles payroll and timekeeping for all employees under Eskina, processes and issues paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions. Familiar with the Labor Code and implementation thereof.
AS HR OFFICER
1.Compile employee time from biometrics, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
2. Review time sheets, work charts ( schedules ), and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
3. Verify attendance and hours worked against biometrics.
4. Complete time sheets showing employees' arrival and departure times based on biometrics
5. Record employee information and coordinate with HR - Head Office exemptions , transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
6. Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, and benefit plans through advisories and coordination with HR Head Office.
7. Assists in hiring new employees, processes employment documents and conducts basic orientation on the company and Eskina operations.
8. Coordinates with HR ( Head Office ) in processing new hires, resigned / terminated employees.
9. Conducts exit interviews for rank and file. Process clearances and computes for remaining balances of resigned employees. Coordinates with HR head office on this process.
10. Releases terminal pay, ensures completion and submission of accountabilities ( uniforms, documents, manuals and the like ).
11. Familiarizes and implements code of discipline.
12. Provides individual files (201) for employees and keep records confidential and only accessible to the Management.
13. Processes and computes for Service Charge and Tips.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
