Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree related to Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies, or any related course
At least 3 - 5 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar role
Very good knowledge of various HR functions
Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
Strong understanding of PH employment laws
Possess strong organizational and leadership skills, can lead and motivate a team
Has effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can work well under pressure
Willing to work at Hervias Village II, Villamonte, Bacolod City
