QUALIFICATIONS:
· At least 1-2year experience in HR Department, experience in HANDLING STAFF
· Resides in Makati, Parañaque, Pasay, Manila, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Pasig or any location near in Makati City.
· Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledgeable in writing formal letters, corporate memos, etc.
· Willing to work in Makati Area office.
· Willing to do tasks that require off-office location (ex. BIR processing, SSS processing, etc.)
· Has leadership skills and ability to work under minimum supervision.
· Has organizational skills and attention to details.
· Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· With Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any related field
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Supervise, coordinate & support recruitment process by preparing Job Description and managing hiring process.
· Manage and coordinate/supervise on-boarding process for new hires and exit of employees from the company.
· Manage and maintain contracts, personal files and other employee information.
· Review and develop policies and procedures and provide advice in relation to employee performance.
· Monitor employee performance and attendance and supervise performance appraisal for each department.
· Assist in employee's queries, concerns and requests.
· Overseeing health and safety of all employees
· Make certain that the company's policies are implemented and followed.
· Manage processing of government permits and licenses.
· Handles disciplinary and employee performance problems.
· Prepare, process and validate payroll.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
