Job Descriptions
Consistent implementation of HR processes, programs and systems to achieve improvement in productivity, efficiency and quality of service
Implements timekeeping and payroll procedures and guidelines
Coordinates with different government offices
Orients new employees on the Company Code of Conduct and other personnel policies
Implements employee programs to maintain high employee morale, motivation and productivity level
Monitors performance of employees
Ensures the delivery of cost-effective and efficient administrative support services such as: security, janitorial, transportation, communication, housekeeping and waste management services
Job Qualifications
Graduate of any Management or Psychology Course
Minimum of 3 years experience in the HR field
Experience in employee relations is an advantage
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
Experience:
Human Resource: 3 years (Preferred)
Employee Relations: 3 years (Preferred)
