Qualifications:
BS Psychology graduate or other Behavioral course
With at least one (1) year relevant experience
Knowledgeable in different HR functions/benefits administration both Statutory & Company-mandated
Knowledge in Labor Laws
Proficient in oral and written communication skills
Computer literate (Windows application)
Willing to work overtime based on business needs
