A2B Outsourcing is looking for an HR Officer to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. This role will involve a wide range of support activities inside the HR department. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Communicate with public services when necessary
Coordinate communication with recruitment team and schedule interviews
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Officer or relevant HR position - BPO based
Excellent Communication Skills, Written and Verbal
Excellent Organizational Ability
Basic Knowledge of HR/DOLE laws
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Benefits (PH):
22k to 25k
Day Shift
Weekends Off
HMO upon 6th months of service
10 Days VL and 5 Days SL annually
