Job summary
The HR Officer is responsible in supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems as directed by the C'scor Management. The initiatives include the implementation and strengthening of Recruitment, Employee engagement and Culture building, Compensation and Benefits administration, Policy administration, Employee relations and Systems improvement.
Job descriptions:
Initiate and strengthen partnership with Manpower agency partners and actively involved in manpower sourcing, managing the hiring and selection process
Create and implement effective on boarding plans
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Maintain employees records according to policy and legal requirements
Works closely with various Department Heads, assisting to understand in implementing the policies and process flow
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employee, hearing and resolving employee grievances and counselling
Formulate HR programs and activities, policies and procedure to enhance employee productivity and support the company's profitability objectives.
Compose business correspondence and memorandum
Requirements:
Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years HR experience with background in recruitment, compensation and benefits management, culture building and labor laws
Problem solving and decision making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
Flexible and can get along well with people
