QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any similar field
Has at least 1 to 2 years experience in HRD-related functions such as but not limited to the following: Training, ER and Recruitment
Excellent oral and written English communication skills with well-honed presentation skills
Proficient in various MS Office applications
Willing to be assigned in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains, oversees and upholds the training standards and process of documentation.
Monitors progress of Training Plan
Organizes Training based on Training Plan (Facilitator, Participants, Training Assessment)
Assists HR Manager in monitoring progress of Competency Assessment Program and Employee Development Plan
Assists in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits
Oversee recruitment and hiring process
