Participates in the sourcing and selection of new employees and submit appropriate recommendations to the management
Orients newly hired employees and collates ncessary employment documents
Facilitate transactions with SSS, HDMF & PHIC/statutory benefit administration
Maintains & updates employee recors (201 file), updating of the HRIS
Assist inperformance management processes.
Support the Management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Provide initial counseling on policies and procesures.
Shall check/monitor employee's attendance.
Other tasks that maybe assigned
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any four years course
Preferably with at least 2-3 years' experience
Good understanding of labor law and employment equity relations
Efficient HR Administration and people management skills
Excellent knowledge of HR/Admin functions and best practices
Excellent verbal and written skills
Can manage tight deadlines
Strong decision making, problem solving and management skills
Meticulous attention details
