HR OFFICER for Compensation & Benefits / Employee Relations
Job Description:
Maintain complete electronic employee presonnel files, records, and other documentation for employees, forms for employment status changes, and pre-employment paperworks and processes;
Process payroll to employees, includes reviewing and importing hours from time to time and attendance system, administering regulatory requirements, and other adjustments to pay as necessary;
Administer employee benefit programs including enrollments and terminations. This includes preparation (or revision) and distribution of materials, conducting meetings, to communicate changes to employees, and processing changes within deadlines.
Work closely with the Accounting Team, conduct and report results of audit to ensure payroll and benefits programs are done accurately, effectively, and within budget (payroll, government contributions, financial assistance, insurance, etc.);
Fulfill all governmental regulatory mandates and ensure filings are performed as required;
Recommend business process improvements for payroll and benefits; and
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/College’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent;
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
Working experience in timekeeping, payroll, 201 filing and government contributions is an advantage;
Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
Strong in numbers and attention to details; and
Must be driven and must be self-starter.
