Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
Assist in creating job descriptions, job postings, and advertisements.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and participate in the selection process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct background checks and reference checks as necessary.
Prepare employment contracts and new hire paperwork.
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Prepare new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrollment forms, and other relevant documents.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
Assist in setting up new employees' workstations and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Address employee concerns, inquiries, and complaints, providing appropriate guidance and support.
Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and surveys.
Promote a positive work culture and foster employee morale and motivation.
Support employee wellness programs and initiatives.
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Prepare and update HR documents, including employee contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations.
Assist in managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
Prior experience in HR or related roles is an advantage.
