JOB DESCRIPTION
-3 years HR manager experience required
-Having the ability to do internal training
-Familiar with payroll and employee benefits
-Familiar with Dole code and policy
-experience to manage manpower (manufacturer factory 24 hrs. operation)
-can manage 1k to 2k of factory workers
-Knowledgeable in Labor Law
-have the experience with Chinese company before is a plus
-with free accommodation (stay-in)

-Must be graduate in any 4yrs. Course
-25 to 55 yrs. old
-No Gender Preference
-Salary Negotiable
-Willing to stay-in/stay-out can do
-Willing to work in Rosario, Batangas
