Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing: Overseeing the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal systems and providing feedback to employees.
Compliance and Policy Development: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and developing company policies.
Disciplinary Action: Issuance of memo and making sure that the company policies are in place.
Required Skills
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities that drives employees to productivity, retention and customer satisfaction.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course.
Experience: At least 3 years of HR Managerial role.
