JOB QUALIFICATION
• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
• With at least 5-8 years of managerial experience in a human resource specializing in all HR functions like Recruitment and hiring, organizational development, competency management, learning and development, employee relations and personnel management.
• Extensive background in training, organizational behavior, management, and leadership; industrial relations and labor relations as well as administrative.
• With strong attention to details, decision-making, planning, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
• A team player with leadership abilities.
• Can start immediately.
