JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for all facets of Human Resources
Attract and develop a strong talent pool
Develop and implement an Employee Engagement and Retention Program
Time keeping, organizational development and proper handling of employee’s 201 files
Ensure all benefits are paid and posted on time every month
Develop and maintain a performance appraisal
Develop and maintain a staff database
Develop and maintain an HR dashboard
Supervise various Human Resources activities, ensuring the quality of services provided
Formulate, recommend, and interpret personnel policies to meet the objectives of the company
Conducts continuing reviews of all personnel policies, programs, and practices to keep the company up-to-date on current practices and informed of new developments
Directs the preparation and maintenance of regular and special reports desired by management to assist in the attainment of corporate objectives
Ensures management practices comply with current policies and applicable regulations
Serves as an employee relations resource, including counselling, performance problems, and advancement issues
Evaluates employment issues and ensures that they are handled in a professional and confidential manner
Supports the administration of benefits by ensuring that employee questions/problems are handled in a satisfactory manner
Oversees the processing of employee changes by ensuring all paperwork is signed off, documented and submitted for processing
Responsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of direct reports
Coordinating, planning and assigning work for staff in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable legal requirements
