Job Description
• Manage day to day human resource operations to ensure efficiency and deliver required standards to other business units. • Ensure continuous improvement and implementing new HR initiatives as required
• Recruitment - Develop company recruitment strategies to reflect the needs of the company, market labour trends and technologies. - Ensure the quality of recruitment processes are in place and audited -
• Onboarding/Induction - Develop and implement appropriate onboarding & induction programs for all business units - Ensure all onboarding and inductions are delivered based on company standards and requirements
• Training & Development - Develop training programs based on company needs and budgets - Source & recommend training programs / providers. - Implement, coordinate and facilitate training programs.
• Talent Management - Review all performance reviews are done and provide feedback to HODs and senior management - Ensure all counsellings done are adequate and in a timely manner
• Resignations & Terminations - Ensure all Resignations are supported by proper paperwork and communications - Ensure all Terminations are done fairly and comply with Labour Code
• Work Health & Safety - Develop and review work health and safety policies to ensure safety of all employees - Ensure WHS policies and procedures are adhered to by business units
• Payroll - Ensure records in HR department are reflected in the payroll system in Finance Department. - Ensure time attendance are accurately recorded based on profiles or rosters
• Office Administration - Provide and ensure a safe, clean working environment and experience for employees and guests. - Ensure the office operations are functional smoothly
• Expat Working Visa - Ensure that all working visa and working permits are handled in timely manner and kept up to date
• Staff Accommodation - Ensure that staff accommodation are allocated as per company policy - Ensure staff accommodation are cleaned and maintained to company standard
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Human Resource Management or similar fields.
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS system.
