Job Summary:
The Human Resource Manager shall oversee and manage all facets in human resources - talent acquisition, employee benefits and wellness, employee relations, employee engagement and organizational development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Promotes employee retention and creates employee wellness initiatives
Ensures compliance with government rules and regulations
Strong technical knowledge in handling disciplinary cases
Creates innovative processes and employee engagement activities
Ensures manpower requirements are met
Handles other administrative tasks assigned by the Administration Division Head from time to time
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree graduate in Psychology/Human Resource or any social science related degree
Must have at least 10 years of related work experience with 5 years experience as a Human Resource Manager
