Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology or any related course
With 5 years HR Managerial experience from a manufacturing firm
Knowledgeable in all facets of HR
Has the ability to relate well in all levels in the organization
Capable in crafting policies and procedures
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented
