HR MANAGER
Job Description:
Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services
Takes the implementation of all management systems and quality initiatives of the company.
Assist in any programs designed to improve quality and efficiency of the operational processes as well as to reduce costs.
Involved in addressing problems situations with employees or discipline issues that may arise.
Job Qualifications:
A Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource field
Must have at least 5-10 year experience as manager in Human Resource
Must possess strong management, leadership and analytical skills
Has excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Good in planning, organizing, coordination & directing a team
Knowledge in all HR facets; recruitment & hiring, training & development, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee engagement and relations.
Proven track record in handling company wide activities
