HR ManagerAmalgamated Specialties Corporation (amspec)
Job Description:
1. Recommends as few a number of people as possible to get done from all requests for manpower by different departments. Directs and controls the recruitment and selection of personnel for the company. Monitors personnel action and movements. Evaluates performance of contractual agencies, e.g. janitorial, security, tempo., etc.
2. Supervises evaluation of internal candidates for promotion.
3. Provides technical assistance to department managers/supervisors in motivating, disciplining, performance rating, etc.
4. Conducts investigations on serious employee offenses and recommends appropriate disciplinary action.
5. Coordinates programs that ensure developments and growth of people. Designs, implements and evaluates internal training programs. Coordinates external training programs for selected employees.
6. Oversees the cleanliness and orderliness of company premises and initiates necessary improvements.
7. Supervises reception activities.
8. Directs the conduct of systems and procedures studies and submits recommendations on continuing improvements of existing employee and organizational issues and employee benefit program.
9. Liaises with the company's outside legal counsel for all labor matters.
10. Prepares weekly written status report for superior.
11. Organizes activities of department. Orients, trains and guides subordinates in the performance of duties. Monitors compliance by subordinates to job duties and assignments. Evaluates the performance of subordinates and recommends appropriate action.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Qualification:
College graduate, preferably behavioral science or similar course
At least 5 years experience in all areas of human resource management 3 years of which in a managerial capacity
Computer literate
Willing to work in Muntinlupa
