HR MANAGER
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management with MBA is a plus
Must be exposed in a Manufacturing Company at least 5 years in experience
Knowledge of principles and practices of HR management, employment law, compensation, recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement, training & development;
Proficient in the use of basic application in Windows-based environment including outlook, word, excel;
Sufficient knowledge of modern management, techniques and best practices, leadership and human resource managements skills;
Efficient facilitation skills and should be able to facilitate group discussion
Effective English Oral and Written Communication;
Knowledgeable on ISO 9001 and 14001 is an advantage;
Active and Flexible and work with less supervision
Willing to work under pressure and do multi-tasking
Willing and can start immediately;
