Duties & Responsibilities:
Accountable for the proper implementation of Company Standards and Programs such as Performance Management System (PMS), Company Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Staffing, Employee & Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, duly agreed and approved by the General Manager, Operations Directress, CEO or President of the Company.
Performs regular schedule of actual employee personal inspection or visit, conduct regular personnel performance evaluation, conduct actual audit on Store/Branch level as to its implementation and conditions of administrative controls. Make evaluation, analysis and generate objective/quantifiable reports to top management the outcome of such activity on every organizations department and Store/Branch.
Reducing the investment by providing appropriate qualification, skill set and quantity of manpower and services required that will promote high efficiency and productivity by increasing the effective capacity in work of all departments.
Build & Execute Human Resource Department Management Plan.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HRDM, or Psychology.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience as HR Manager.
