Job Description:
Lead and Manage the HR Department which includes recruitment, workplace safety, employee relations, compensation planning, labor law compliance, and training.
Regularly provide suggestions on human resource strategy and organizational development
Lead Performance Evaluation by assessing reports provided by team leaders and manager to determine employee performance and finalize employee ranking
Consult with management on decisions affecting all levels within the organization.
Must know how to clearly and effectively speak, write, and present to employees.
Oversee the HR team to ensure they are fulfilling their duties and responsibilities to the organization.
Responsible for organizing and implementing the companys daily human resources operation and management
Continually educate employees on company policies and keep the employee code of conduct current through planning sessions to refresh company policies
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
Suggesting changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs
Defining and Implementing recruitment plans and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws
Overseeing exit interviews and procedures
Supports and defines the implementation of HR initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree related and relevant to the job
Has at least 2 years experience as HR Manager
Possesses leadership qualities and can lead and manage the HR department
Must have experience in handling Employee Engagement, Labor Laws, Govt Mandated Benefits, Attrition and Retention Strategies, HR Analytics
Has excellent communication skills, can relate well to people at all levels of the organization with good interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail, decision-making, planning, and facilitation skills.
Applicant must be willing to work on-site (Cebu IT Park)
Has acquired basic knowledge of software development company processes
Proficient in computer operations
Preferably with experience in the IT/Software industry.
