The Role
The mission guides the Manager in priorities and contains strategic and operational expectations in his/her specific area for the company's sustainability and successful development.
Support and promote the Group's Core Values: Interaction, Commitment and Innovation;
Support the Group's Vision "First in Mind and First in Choice" by focusing on and continuously promoting and developing a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture;
Develop and support a spirit of open communication, fairness, non-discrimination and respect for the individuals in all areas of operation
Interact with other Group units in a constructive, productive and unselfish way that supports the development of synergies and the consolidated result of the Divisions and performance of the Business Area (and the Group)
Promote and ensure the values, guidelines and policies laid down in The Way We Do Things
To implement the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops, and retains the employees. It needs to achieve its current and future business objectives on the following:
Health and safety of the workforce.
Development of a superior workforce.
Development of the Human Resources department.
Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality,
, key and development, and high performance. * Personal on-going development.
What we expect of you?
Up to 5 years of of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and on-going community involvement, preferred.
Possess on-going affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective Human Resources Management.
Advanced user of MS Office 365 and eager to learn and implement new systems
Native speaker of Filipino language and very good verbal and written English
Advanced presentation skills
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence
Self-motivated, self-organized, energetic with high level of responsibility and loyalty
Team player, promoting team spirit, fairness and respect for all individuals in the organization.
