Ensures all statutory labor related regulations and standards are complied with and adhered to by the Company.
Ensures that employee concerns and/or grievances are addressed immediately and appropriately.
Ensures on-time remittances of mandatory employee contributions and loan payments to different relevant government agencies.
Ensures on-time processing of work permits of expatriate employees and ensures that all required documents and reports are submitted to government agencies which has jurisdiction.
Handles termination cases, as may be deemed necessary. Ensures proper submission of notification and reports to the Department of Labor (DOLE), as applicable. Acts as official company representative to DOLE and NLRC.
He is responsible in the sourcing and recruitment of suitable candidates to fill up the manpower needs of all departments. .
Continually plans and designs company-wide programs and activities to promote values formation, rapport and teamwork, and camaraderie among employees.
Continually does benchmarking of employee benefits package and designs improvements (if necessary) to keep the Company at par and competitive versus other companies in the industry.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree

Experience in handling people in Managerial capacity.
With experience or knowledge with Aviation/ MRO industry is an advantage.
Responsibilities:.
