Vivere Hotel looking for a Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate must have experience in recruitment, employee orientation, compensation, and benefits administration, conflict resolution and with a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.
General Qualification Requirements:
Education:
- Graduate of a 4-year course preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science or Business Management
Experience & Training:
- With at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems (HRIS, payroll, and training)
- Well versed in Philippine labor law
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
