Job Summary
MonetizeMore is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes and is comfortable working in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Consistently come up with innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of HR processes e.g record-keeping using a Human Resource Information System and organizing internal SOPs and work instructions
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Manage the Tech Recruitment process, actively source candidates from various online platforms e.g Linkedin, and monitor the progress of Tech Recruitment based on metrics
Continuously develop strategic hiring process using Applicant Tracking Systems and other useful softwares
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Review existing company benefits and strategically come up with improvements and new initiatives to address employee morale and retention
Manage activities related to employee engagement, performance management, training and development.
Regularly send out company surveys. Gather and analyze survey data and come up with action plans to address employee concerns.
Effectively communicate Performance Review guidelines and schedules company-wide
Research and build training materials for the company's Learning and Development program e.g Leadership Training
Spear-head company events e.g Annual Team Retreat, Quarterly Gatherings, Holiday Parties, etc.
Attend the monthly Executive Scrum and quarterly management meetings.
Manage the HR Team by properly delegating tasks, conducting weekly HR scrums and monthly one-on-one sessions.
Requirements and Qualifications
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
Degree in Human Resources or related field
