JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Oversees the over-all operation of the Human Resource department, both in Timog, Quezon City (Head Office) and Guiguinto, Bulacan (Main Plant);
*reviews the reports submitted by his subordinates and makes all the necessary corrections;
ensures the 100% attainment of department goals in terms of Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation and *Benefits, Legal Services, and Training and Development.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
*College Graduate from a reputable University.
*With at least 5 years managerial experience in a manufacturing industry.
*Preferably with working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 practices and procedures.
*Required Skill(s): Compensation and Benefit, Recruitment, Payroll, Labor Laws, Organizational Skills, *Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Leadership and Management Skills.
*Flexible; willing to work extended hours to take provincial assignments and to fulfill or accomplish duties or tasks.
*Can drive and with a valid Driver's License.
