We are looking for an HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology including payroll and online HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment and comply with Philippine law
Develop and administer all benefits plans i.e. health plans, vacation, sick leave
To be a culture ambassador and as it ́s key for the future success
To like to work in an entrepreneurial international company which requires ability to make decisions and tight team collaboration
Support and coordinate to the entire recruitment process
Discuss employees' career development paths with managers
Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
Review departmental budgets
Organize learning and development programs
Ensure employees' requests and grievances are dealt with in a timely manner
Maintain HR procedures that comply with all regulations
Key Requirements:
Proven work experience as an HR Manager preferably in an IT Industry
Required Skill(s): Recruitment, Labor Law, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Payroll
Excellent communication skills
Leadership skills
Ability to foster healthy employee relations
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Human Resources Information Technology / IT 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
