Description
He/she will lead all HR functions and programs for a company of about 200 people, while managing a small HR staff. He/she must possess strong leadership, initiative, communication and problem-solving skills while demonstrating expertise in HR processes and labor regulations. He/she must have at least 10-12 years of experience in HR and at least 3 years of Senior HR Management experience. He/she must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday (whole day) and must be willing to be based in Pasay City.
